Wow, just wow… The sights, sounds and smells here in Hong Kong are spectacular, this city never sleeps.

Been for an amazing dinner with some locals, chickens feet, deep fried snake and soft shell crab, all delicious .

I was then introduced to Baijiu, the ancient spirit of China, what a flavour experience that was!
